Welcome to the Thiabee help center. Whether you are buying your first preloved piece or selling your hundredth listing, these guides explain accounts, browse and search, payments, shipping, order issues, wallet payouts, item bumps, and platform policies for members in Saudi Arabia.
Buying on Thiabee
Create an account with phone verification, browse or search for items, and favourite listings you like. At checkout, enter delivery details, pay securely, and track order status in Orders. Use filters on browse for brand, category, size, colour, condition, and price. If results look empty, widen filters or try a related category path.
Questions about an item? Message the seller from the listing or inbox before you buy. After purchase, rely on on-platform order updates rather than informal promises. For protection rules see buyer protection and refund policy.
Selling on Thiabee
List from Sell now: upload clear photos, write an honest title and description, select category, brand, size, colour, material, and condition, then set your price in SAR. Publish when ready; edit or hide listings from your profile. When an item sells, pack it carefully, follow the postage method shown in settings, and mark dispatch when required.

Shipping, payments, and account
Shipping options depend on seller postage settings and integrated carriers for eligible orders. Buyers should provide accurate national addresses including short-code formats where required. Payments use secure checkout; wallet top-ups and withdrawals follow platform rules shown in settings. If a payment fails, retry from checkout or contact support with your order reference — not your full card number.
Account security: keep your phone verified, review login activity in settings, and sign out on shared devices. Update email or password through the security tabs. For cookie and analytics choices visit cookie settings and cookie policy.
